Meet Ryan Oros

Ryan Oros is an owner and partner at Aztec Homes Inc., bringing extensive industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for home building and remodeling. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University, Ryan began his career with NVR, Inc., a leading national homebuilding company based in Virginia.

During his tenure at NVR, Ryan gained invaluable expertise by serving in diverse roles, including Production Supervisor, Project Manager, Cost Control Manager, Production Manager, Sales Representative, and Sales Manager. Each of these positions contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the residential construction industry, from cost management and project oversight to sales and customer relations.

In 2008, driven by a desire to be closer to family and apply his extensive experience in a more personalized setting, Ryan returned to Indiana and became part owner of Aztec Homes Inc. Founded by Mike Dittmer in 2004, Aztec Homes has since grown into a trusted name in home construction and remodeling, known for its quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Today, Ryan lives in the peaceful countryside of Westfield, Indiana, with his wife, two children, two stepchildren, and their family dog. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.
